To browse all the processed data effectively on the UCSC genome browser, we have created DASHR v2.0 UCSC Genome browser hub: DASHR v2.0 UCSC Genome browser track hub [GRCh37/hg19], DASHR v2.0 UCSC Genome browser track hub [GRCh38/hg38]. This hub enables simultaneous visualization of all processed sequencing data.
